OOM X WELLNEST Sauna and Red Light Social

Join OOM for our first London community event in collaboration with WELLNEST. Sauna, red light therapy, breathwork and movement, as well as totally optional cold plunge, to bring wholesome vibes to your Sunday afternoon and replenish your body and mind as we head into spring. We'll be enjoying the sauna, infared sauna and red light therapy area in Wellnest's beautiful spa, whilst exploring breathwork and movement to leave you feeling brand new.
