This guided experience blends gentle breathwork, meditation, and therapeutic sound vibrations to help the body shift into a state of rest and restoration.

During the sound bath you will be surrounded by resonant tones from instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, and other healing frequencies that encourage the mind and body to relax, reset, and restore balance.

Sound baths are known to support:

• Yoga mat or exercise mat
