Rest in Resonance: a sound bath for the Black community

This is an invitation for Black folks to REST in RESONANCE. During this sound bath and community circle, participants will gather

to rest,

to receive,

to listen,

and to connect.

We will check in and learn the benefits of sound healing for overall wellness body, mind, and spirit. Then, we will be lead into an opportunity to rest and explore the inner self by receiving a guided meditation and a 60 min sound bath meditation including crystal singing bowls, a gong, and accessory instruments.

There will be time afterwards to connect, check in, share, and circle with intention.

This is a donation based event! *Suggested donation $20-$45

***There are no refunds for late arrivals after 12:15 pm or late cancellations within 24hrs of the event time.

This is the building entrance green door that you enter. This door will be locked with no late entry after 12:15 pm if you are late! Please arrive and park before 12:15pm so you don't miss the sound bath. THANK YOU
