Rest & Ignite

I centre playful connection and rest to build resilience and health in these times of polycrisis. In these sessions we explore the different ways we can build resilience and caring for ourselves and others, so we can stay active and engaged in resistance. Each session will begin with a gentle and slow yoga style practice and grounding techniques inspired by embodied somatics. Each month we will explore a different activity and theme such as writing speculative fiction, learning about herbs; and reclaiming wellness from capitalist culture.
