Join us for a rejuvenating restorative yoga and sound bath class designed to give you the perfect full body exhale. This in-person event at Square Zero Studios offers a serene environment to relax, unwind, and restore your mind and body.

Participant Waiver and Release of Liability

I understand that participating in activities offered by Anchored Stillness LLC may involve physical movement, wellness practices, and other activities that carry inherent risks. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, loss, or damages that may occur.

I affirm that I am physically able to participate in these activities and that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician if I have any health concerns prior to participation. I agree to listen to my body, follow instructions provided by instructors or staff, and stop any activity that causes discomfort or concern.

Sound Bath & Sensory Experience Acknowledgment

I understand that certain sessions may include sound bath or sound healing elements using instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, or other vibrational tools. These experiences involve exposure to sound frequencies and vibrations that may affect individuals differently.

I acknowledge that I am responsible for notifying the facilitator of any conditions that may be impacted by sound or vibration, including but not limited to pregnancy, epilepsy or seizure disorders, hearing sensitivities, use of hearing aids, metal implants, or any other medical or psychological condition.

I understand that I may adjust my participation at any time, including repositioning myself, using ear protection, or stepping out of the session if I feel discomfort.

By signing or agreeing to this waiver, I release and hold harmless Anchored Stillness LLC, RatherwellRVA, its owners, instructors, staff, contractors, volunteers, and venue partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action that may arise from my participation in these activities.

I understand that participation is voluntary and that I may choose to discontinue participation at any time.

I also grant permission for Double Dose to photograph or record my image, voice, or likeness during events and to use this content for promotional, marketing, or informational purposes in print, digital, or social media formats without compensation.

By participating in this activity, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this waiver.
