This small and intimate gathering offers a nourishing blend of therapies designed to restore your energy and renew your spirit.
Experience
Reiki Energy Healing: Restorative energy work to release tension and bring balance to your body and mind.
Sound Healing Hypnosis: A unique blend of hypnotherapy and crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, and other healing instruments using positive affirmations and sound vibrations to empower your self-care and parenting journey.
Gentle Guided Breathwork: Diaphragmatic, down-regulating breathing techniques to calm the nervous system and bring balance to the body/mind.
Light Therapeutic Touch (Optional): Enhance your healing experience with gentle, nurturing touch. Gentle Movement: We will do some easy, accessible movement before we lay down to support the body in resting.
This evening is not only about self-care but also about connecting with other mothers in a supportive, community environment.
Recharge, reset, and leave feeling renewed, centered, and connected.Enjoy time for tea and connection, journal prompts, homemade healthy chocolates, and essential oil sampling from Ritual Rose Aromatica.
DIRECTIONS
Parking- there is lot's of parking in the parking lot out front
Finding bellies- We share the same entrance as the Pitt Meadows Combat club. Come through the doors, up the stairs, and follow the signs, to the left, to find our space. The doors will be open, come on in :)
WHAT TO BRING
- a thick mat/folding bed to lay on. A yoga mat will not be enough support, so please extra padding, blankets, cushions, etc.. to creat a cozy nest if you don't have a portable bed.
- a pillow for your head and a pillow for under your legs so your back can be supported
- basically anything that will help you feel comfortable, warm, and supported for 2 hours of laying on the floor.
- a mug for tea
- a journal and pen/pencil
