This event is the perfect opportunity to take a break from your busy schedule and focus on self-care. Whether you're looking to recharge after a long day or simply seeking a moment of tranquility, this sound immersion experience is sure to leave you feeling refreshed and revitalized.

Please bring with you: a Blanket, Pillow, Water Bottle, and a journal with a pen (if you would like to journal your experience).

Eye Masks and Zero Gravity Chairs will be provided to aid in the experience!

Please arrive 15 minutes early to get settled in and relaxed.
