About this Event
Rest and Reconnect Equine therapy Assisted Workshop - (Matthew 11:28-30)
Are you feeling burned out, overwhelmed, or weary? Do you feel like you need time to rest after a busy season or decompress from the daily demands of life? If so, you are invited to join the Rest and Reconnect workshop. This Biblically-based, equine-assisted workshop will explore the Bible's definition of rest by examining Matthew 11:28–30 and other passages. Participants will spend time interacting with horses in a peaceful, natural environment. Please note that this is a 100% ground-based, unmounted workshop—there will be no horseback riding. Horses are always in the moment, and they can assist us in enjoying the present. The focus of this workshop is to learn how to rest and reconnect with God and who He made you to be.
