Resonant Rest is a therapeutic sound bath experience using crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes — designed to guide your nervous system into deep, effortless rest. Not manufactured relaxation. Something more like what happens when a sunset stops you in your tracks, or the ocean pulls you into its rhythm. Your body already knows how to get there. This gives it the space.
Every guest reclines in their own zero-gravity anti-gravity lounger, fully cushioned from head to toe, with a weighted lap blanket, pillow, and eye mask provided. If you prefer the floor, yoga mats and bolsters are also available. No experience needed. No right way to do this.
