It’s truly a soul-nourishing experience.A sound bowl meditation is a deeply calming and restorative practice that uses the resonant tones of crystal bowls and other sound modalities to facilitate relaxation and healing. As the bowls are gently struck or played with a mallet, they produce harmonic vibrations that resonate through the body, encouraging a state of deep focus and inner peace.
