Resonance Soundbath

On the last weekend of Summer, purify and revitalize in vibrations of the Primal sound. Journey through layers of healing instruments reverberating within the StarHouse’s sacred geometry.

We will prepare for the soundbath by opening physically and energetically with stretching, movement, and breath-work from Kundalini Yoga led by Pavanjeet. Then lay back for an epic 60 min+ sound bath featuring gongs, didjeridus, singing bowls, flutes, and other rare musical instruments artfully woven together by Pavanjeet and Kimba.

Our time together will close with a prayer circle, imbibing the vibrationally-structured spring water kept in the crystal bowls during our journey, as well as light snacks shared in community.

No experience necessary. The gong is not recommended during pregnancy or for children under 7. It is not recommended to be intoxicated with any drugs or alcohol during the practice or sound journey. This is a sober event.

Wear comfy clothes. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and any pillows/cushions that will make you feel comfortable while laying on your back. Some yoga mats, blankets, and cushions will be available at the StarHouse.
