Join Faith Sievers for an evening of reflection, energetic alignment, and community connection. This gathering is designed to create space for grounding, relaxation, and inner exploration through the healing qualities of sound, intention, and presence.
We will begin with grounding, centering, and guided intention setting, allowing participants to connect with themselves and clarify what they wish to cultivate in their lives. Participants will then be immersed in a restorative sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, vocal frequency healing, and Reiki-informed energetic space holding. The frequencies and vibrations are intended to support relaxation, clarity, balance, and energetic renewal.
Following the sound bath, we will move into journaling and community connection, offering an opportunity to integrate insights, reflect on intentions, and connect with others in a supportive and welcoming space.
This gathering welcomes all experience levels and offers a gentle environment to nourish mind, body, and spirit while experiencing the transformative power of sound and collective presence.
