Due to Easter Sunday this Month's Yoga + Mimosa's is the 2nd Sunday!!!

Yoga + Mimosas is a gentle, meditative experience rooted in connection — to yourself and to community. This isn’t a fast-paced or mainstream yoga class. It’s a space to slow down, breathe and step out of the noise of everyday life.

This experience goes beyond the mat. It’s about showing up intentionally for yourself while being part of a community that values wellness, authenticity and soul-aligned connection.

After a 1 hour gentle flow guided by breath and mindfulness, we’ll gather for mimosas and conversation, turning the first Sunday of each month into a ritual of self-care and community.

Hosted at Friendship Brewing Company, a local brewery known for fostering meaningful connections and lasting friendships, this gathering feels both welcoming and grounding.
