Join us for an intimate sound healing and guided meditation designed specifically for couples seeking deeper connection. This experience invites you and your partner to slow down, open your hearts, and reconnect on an energetic and emotional level. Through soothing sound frequencies, intentional breathwork, and gentle meditation, you’ll release tension, enhance intimacy, and strengthen the bond you share. Whether you’re looking to reignite passion, improve communication, or simply spend meaningful time together, this sacred space is created to bring you closer and nurture your relationship.

Felicia is a certified sound practitioner and multidimensional healer who works diligently in the physical realm to provide guidance in the journey through restoration. Traveling to different states to provide her services aren't the only places Felicia puts work in, she works beyond the physical realm helping her clients restore harmony through sound, energy, and intention. With a deep passion for music and holistic studies, she has spent the past four years bridging the gaps between worlds and bringing them together to create meaningful balance. Her work is centered on crafting immersive, unique, and deeply nourishing sound healing experiences for anyone interested in ascending to their higher self.

Here’s what you can expect:

1. A Calm, Comfortable Space
Participants are invited to sit or lie down comfortably on yoga mats with their partner. Blankets and pillows are welcome to support deep relaxation.

2. Welcome, Foundations & Intentions
We will begin by reviewing the basic foundations of the class, answering any questions, and setting personal and collective intentions for the experience. This will include guided partner gazing, light touch, possible gentle seated movement, and shared affirmations or words of encouragement to deepen connection and presence.

3. Guided Meditation & Sound Healing
You will then be guided into meditation, followed by a sound healing journey using carefully curated sounds and frequencies designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and restore energetic balance.

4. Deep Relaxation and Stillness
As sound waves move through the body, many participants enter a meditative or dreamlike state. You may feel sensations of warmth, tingling, lightness, or gentle emotional release, all part of the body’s natural healing response.

5. Gentle Awakening and Reflection
Toward the end, the sounds gradually soften. You’ll be guided back to full awareness, often followed by a few moments of silence and reflection.

6. After the Session
Participants often feel relaxed, refreshed, and grounded. Drinking plenty of water and moving gently afterward is encouraged as your body continues to integrate the experience.
