You are invited into a shamanic Drum Journey into the Middle World, a space of connection between the seen and unseen, where wisdom speaks through rhythm, image, and sensation.Lying down in deep rest, you’ll be guided by the steady pulse of the frame drum as it opens a pathway into the subconscious — a realm where messages, symbols, and guidance for the here and now can rise to the surface. This journey offers an opportunity to listen beyond the thinking mind, to receive what has been waiting to be heard, and to allow healing to unfold through presence and surrender.
The journey is facilitated by Staci O’Brien, who has trained with Peruvian shamans and carries a natural gift for weaving intuitive, original journeys that honor tradition while following inner knowing. She is supported by John Redig, whose flute and additional percussion create a rich, layered soundscape that deepens the journey and holds the container with care.
Together, the rhythms and melodies form a ceremonial field — guiding, grounding, and protecting as you travel inward.

• A yoga mat to lie on
• A pillow and blanket for comfort
