Event Description:

In collaboration with the Hong Kong Mediation Council Construction Mediation Division (“HKMC CMD”), the seminar will cover core principles of mediation and how to prepare for mediation, featuring a live mediation role‑play by experienced HKMC mediators, followed by a Q&A session. Attendees will gain practical insights of mediation as an important means to resolve dispute.

Notes:

- Registered members that do not attend this event will be prevented from attending any RICS event in the next 3 months.

- This event is in-person with limited places available.

- Multi-booking or walk-in on the day is not allowed.

- RICS will send over event confirmation/reminder email around 1 week prior to the event if your registration is successful, please ensure you read the full information in the email.

- Should the event status need to change/cancel, we will communicate with all parties as soon as possible.

- All participants shall arrange their own transport to the venue.

- No insurance policy will be arranged for the participants by RICS, members may consider taking out their own insurance policy to cover their own risks.
