Youth don’t need to suffer. They need to know they aren’t alone.The …Resilient Youth Energy Class is for youth 9-16 years of age, that are feeling over whelmed by peers and possible neurodivergent abilities.
Our young people are navigating through a very interesting time of technology, relationships and big feelings. The combination is having dire effects on their mental health.
Booklets have been created by Ki, for youth to sort through emotions, peer energies & empathic abilities. In a safe, nonjudgmental environment, they can share feelings and learn how to discern the big emotions with what they are feeling on all levels.
This class has been developed to help youth differentiate between their emotions and to empower them with clarity of what the human energy field does when they interact with others. Empowering them to protect with energetic boundaries.
The classes will be delving into:
-Empathic, what does it mean?
-Chakras, how they interact with others.
-Auras, how our emotions connect with others energy fields.
-Big emotions and the physical connection in the body.
-Meditation and different forms that they can explore with us to find what’s best for them.
-Assisting in self-regulation techniques.
-How to protect their energy and manifest positivity, within and to those around them.
