Learn useful skills to constructively manage stress, anger and conflict. Most of us can think of a time when we didn't handle either very well. This class will boost your confidence towards effective stress, anger and conflict management. Your relationship with those you care about will be enhanced by learning the ins and outs of effective inner balance management.
