This workshop offers a restorative, empowering, natural medicine approach to building resilience by weaving together herbalism, nourishing nutrition, nervous system care, and grounding practices that sustain us through challenge and change that we are now all facing.
Your facilitator is Gigi Risberg Stafne MH, ND who is a national trauma trainer, longtime CAM clinician, educator, writer, director of Green Wisdom School of Natural and Botanical Medicine, and founder of Herbalists Without Borders International.
There are proven methods of compassionate wellness care including modalities from holistic nutrition, botanical medicine, flower essences, and much more that you'll learn.
