Release the weight and come back to inner harmony.

Lisa, a certified Sound Healing and Reiki practitioner, creates a beautiful Sound Journey using a variety of instruments including Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Singing Bowls, a Monochord, a Gong and different Chimes.

Upon arrival, we'll begin by grounding ourselves. Lisa will guide you through a short meditation and we'll set our intentions together. Afterwards, you’ll receive a Sound Bath.

The sound generates harmonic waves that penetrate your cells and realign them to their natural healthy state. This can be a beautiful way to come back to yourself, release anything that doesn't serve you, and call in what you're ready to receive. ✨

There will be tea and light snacks for nourishment.

Because we adore spaciousness and want your energy to feel expansive, this is intentionally a small intimate group with limited spots. We want everyone to feel comfortable and be able to stretch out.

Please arrive 5 minutes early to allow some arrival time and finding your spot.

Yoga Mats and cushions are provided, please wear comfortable, loose fitting clothes for your relaxation. You are also welcome to bring a crystal of your choice with you.
