Reset + Restore: A Grounded Mindfulness & Sensory Workshop

Reset + Restore is an intimate, small-group experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and intentionally begin again.

Hosted inside a cozy log cabin studio, this 2-hour workshop blends guided mindfulness, sensory exploration, and quiet reflection — anchored by the calming power of scent.

You’ll be invited to experience five fragrances from our Clean Slate collection, choose the one that resonates most with you, and take home a full-size candle as a tactile reminder of your reset.

This is not therapy.
This is a pause — thoughtfully guided and intentionally held.

This workshop is for you if:

No prior mindfulness or candle knowledge is required.

• This is a peer-led, reflective experience, not therapy or medical treatment
• Space is intentionally limited to preserve intimacy
