Led by Dr. Michael J. Louwers, CEO and Medical Director of Reset, this Lunch & Learn explores PTSD, trauma, and evolving approaches to mental health treatment. Open to the general public, healthcare and mental health professionals, and anyone interested in learning more, the event will also highlight the unique challenges faced by first responders, veterans, and their families.

While we'll highlight the unique mental health challenges faced by first responders, military personnel, and veterans, this event is open to everyone, including civilians, families, healthcare professionals, and mental health providers.

• Understanding PTSD, trauma, and chronic fight-or-flight responses.
