Join us for a transformative journey with The RESET Breathwork, a powerful practice designed to reconnect you with your authentic self. Facilitated by Certified RESET Breathwork facilitator, Theresa Falvey-Hunt.
THEME: Stepping Into Your Courage
In this session, we’ll use conscious breath to soften the nervous system and reconnect with the heart space. To reconnect with yourself. Through guided breathing, you’ll cultivate compassion for yourself and others, releasing tension and emotional armor that block true connection. Expect to leave feeling more open, grounded, and gently reconnected to what matters most.
Using a 3-part conscious connected breathing pattern, this experience blends visualizations, affirmations, somatic release, and intentional music sequencing to bring you to a peak emotional state.
This practice works on a deep level, helping to reset your nervous system, your energy, and your life, offering profound support no matter what challenges or transformations you're currently navigating. It’s about more than just breathwork—it’s about reclaiming the next version of your most authentic self, a true “coming home.”
Dress comfortably, bring your own yoga mat if you have one, fave blanket, eye mask if you want and journal.
