Are you looking to improve symptoms of stress, anxiety, and trauma?Join Wendy Hutterer, Licensed Practicing Counselor and Certified Yoga Instructor, for a Somatic Yoga Practice. Your practice will include slow and considerate movement that will heighten awareness to areas of need while befriending your body through a guided safe somatic yoga practice.
Your body’s nervous system sends messages to your brain, and your brain creates a storyline based on those messages. Through somatic yoga, your body will slowly move to a space of calm and release. From that space, healthy feedback will travel to your brain through your nervous system creating a healthier storyline. Your body will become a safe space, a dear friend, and a place of comfort rather than chaos.
