Reset & Reconnect Sound Bath

Join us for a grounding and restorative evening designed to help you slow down, recharge, and reconnect with yourself.

Life gets loud. This sound bath is an invitation to pause, take a deep breath, and simply be.

Through a brief guided meditation followed by an immersive sound journey featuring crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and grounding sound frequencies, you’ll have space to quiet the mental noise, release tension, and return feeling grounded, refreshed, and renewed.

🚪 Doors Open: 7:00 PM (optional oracle/angel card pull and time to settle in)

🎶 Sound Bath: 7:30–8:30 PM

You’ll see a large sky-blue Swell sign at the entrance.

Please arrive on time to help maintain a peaceful, uninterrupted experience. Doors will close promptly at 7:29 PM.

Please Bring

• Yoga mat

• Blanket

• Pillow for your head

• Bolster or pillow for under your knees (highly recommended)

• Eye mask or eye pillow (optional)

• Water (optional)

If you prefer additional support, you’re welcome to bring a gravity chair, zero-gravity chair, or folding outdoor chair. We simply ask that you bring a towel to place underneath it to help protect the studio floor.

Parking

Parking is available along the east side of The Swell Center and in the adjacent lot next door.

Ashley is a Sound Practitioner, Energy Intuitive, and Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki® Master. Her work blends sound, energy work, and intuitive guidance to create grounded spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and find a little more ease amidst the noise of everyday life.

This experience is hosted in partnership with Courtney Fuller at The Swell Center, a community-centered space where movement, meaningful conversation, and everyday wellness practices come together to support whole-person well-being.
