A day that works from head to toe - and from the inside out


Whether you're new to the mat or a seasoned mover, the Wellness Reset Day combines dynamic Pilates, flowing yoga, and deep mental reflection to give you the ultimate kickstart to your year. You'll move with purpose, challenge your body, calm your mind, and feeling lighter, stronger, and ready for 2026.

What to expect

Imagine stepping into the historic Stratford-upon-Avon Town Hall, a beautiful space filled with light and calm, leaving behind the noise and rush of everyday life. The Reset Day is your invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself during that magical twilight between Christmas and your New Year

Together, we’ll flow through:

· Pilates and yoga

· drift into the soothing vibrations of a sound bath

· take time for guided journaling

Prompts like What am I leaving behind in 2025? and What am I taking forward into 2026? help you reflect, release, and set intentions for the year ahead.

This is more than a day of exercise – it’s a day of stillness, reflection, and renewal. It’s about slowing down in a historic, inspiring setting and giving yourself the gift of a true reset. A day to pause, recharge, and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and ready to step into 2026 with clarity and intention.

I’ve worked in the fitness and wellbeing industry for over 35 years, teaching group exercise, managing health clubs, and even running my own gym. My passion has always been helping people feel fitter, stronger, and more confident in their bodies.
I currently teach at Bannatyne Wildmoor in Stratford-upon-Avon and hold a range of qualifications including Level 3 Personal Trainer, Pre & Post Natal, Menopause Support, Nutrition, and Level 3 Pilates. Supporting people through all stages of life, from motherhood to menopause and beyond, is at the heart of my work.
For me, movement isn’t just about exercise – it’s about creating space for balance, energy, and self-care. That’s why I love sharing Pilates, strength, and restorative practices that people can carry into their everyday lives.
