Attendees will also get the chance to learn about the impact of research locally and find out about the projects the charity fund supports.

Twice-cooked belly pork, Asian salad, honey and soy dressing sesame

Antipasti; olives, sea salt focaccia, cured meats, smoked salmon, pickled beets, shallots (V, VG)

Caramelised pear and goat's cheese ravioli, spinach, sage butter (V)

Main:

Confit duck leg, red cabbage, potato fondant, five spice jus

Market fresh fish, parmenter potatoes, seasonal greens, salsa verde

Shallot tartatin, watercress apple, blue cheese and walnut salad (V, VG)

Dessert:

Saffron bread and butter pudding, marmalade, Cornish clotted cream (V)
