Two part CLE - Learn the ins and outs of representing healthcare licensees in criminal proceedings and administrative disciplinary hearings.
About this Event

Local attorney Megan Blancho will be presenting a two hour CLE that will run down everything you need to know to effectively represent individuls who possess healthcare licenses through the State of Florida. The first portion of the presentation will discuss how to best protect your client's license and ability to continue practicing in the healthcare industry in criminal proceedings. The second portion of the presentation will address representing healthcare licensees before the administrative board during disciplinary proceedings. This presentation will carry 2 hours of CLE credit and will be presented free of charge to members. Lunch will be provided as well! Non-members are welcome to attend with a $10 advanced ticket purchase.
