🌿What is Qi gong?
Qi gong (also known as Chi gong) a 4000yr old Chinese practice of combining breath, movement and meditation to activate energy flow in the body. It is essentially a "moving meditation" that relieves stress, boosts your energy levels, and helps your body naturally heal and balance itself.
🌿What is breathwork?
We will be doing Nadi Shodana (Alternate nostril Breathing) which is a yogic Pranayama (breathing practice) that acts as a natural reset button for your nervous system. By consciously breathing through one nostril at a time, it lowers your stress levels, sharpens your focus, and brings your mind and body into a calm, balanced state.
🌿What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that promotes relaxation and supports your body’s natural ability to heal itself. It helps balance your energy, quiet your mind, and release physical or emotional tension.
🌿What Meditation will we be doing?
You will be guided through a forest journey with space to let your mind wander as you receive healing Reiki.
