Repattern: a 6 week Pain Reprocessing and Movement Program
About this Event
Repattern: A 6-Week Pain Reprocessing & Movement Program
Living with persistent pain can be frustrating, confusing, and isolating. Repattern is a six-week program designed to help you better understand your pain and explore practical strategies that support a return to meaningful movement and everyday activities.
Combining contemporary pain science, Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) principles, guided movement, and reflective exercises, each session builds on the last to help you develop a greater understanding of how pain works and how the nervous system can become overprotective. You'll learn evidence-informed skills that you can continue using long after the program has finished.
This small-group program is led by a physiotherapy assistant in a supportive, collaborative environment where questions and discussion are encouraged. Participants can attend either in person or online.
The program includes:
- Six weekly 60-minute sessions
- Contemporary pain science education
- Pain Reprocessing Therapy principles
- Gentle, guided movement
- Practical tools and home exercises
- A comprehensive participant workbook
