About this Event

Renters’ Rights Act 2025: What it means for landlords

In partnership with DASH (Decent & Safe Homes), Leicester City Council are running two information sessions on the Renters’ Rights Act 2025.

Join us in person to dive into the latest changes brought by the Renters’ Rights Act 2025. Whether you're a seasoned landlord or just starting out, get the scoop on how this new law impacts your property, tenants, and your responsibilities. It's a casual, info-packed session which will include a Q&A panel supported EMPO (East Midlands Property Owners) to answer your questions and help you stay ahead. Don't miss out!

Our partners

EMPO - empo.co.uk

EMPO – Supporting Landlords Across the East Midlands. Established in 1942, EMPO is a not-for profit landlords’ association dedicated to supporting and representing the Private Rented Sector across Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, Lincoln, Northampton, and surrounding areas. Based in Nottingham, EMPO is the largest landlords’ association in the region. Our mission is to empower landlords and property professionals through expert training, resources, and guidance. We help members navigate property management and legal compliance, promote high standards in the private rented sector, and advocate for landlords’ interests, creating a thriving, responsible, and well-supported landlord community across the East Midlands.

DASH Services - dashservices.org.uk

DASH Services is a leading provider of support and expertise for the Private Rented Sector (PRS), working on behalf of Local Authorities, landlords, and other housing professionals across the UK. Established over 20 years ago in response to the Housing Act 2004, DASH was created to assist Local Authorities in fulfilling their statutory housing duties. Since then, DASH has grown significantly, adapting to the changing housing landscape and expanding its reach and services nationwide.
