This workshop aims to release emotional blockages by combining gentle touch with mindful and vocal attention to thoughts and feelings.

‘Emotions are our body’s reactions to our thoughts.’ – Ekhart Tolle

Join this EFT workshop to help your body and mind. This technique works by tapping on acupressure meridians whilst gently focusing on problem feelings that are affecting our experience. The process starts with a beginning statement of what the issue is and includes a complete acceptance and acknowledgement of the problem.

It therefore releases blockages and the problem feelings are relieved, moving through the body. You may feel lighter, calmer and at peace with these emotions.
