Join us on this powerful day in honoring the cycle of creation and showing appreciation to the Divine Feminine Energy in us and all around us. A night where we call in the Goddesses to help guide us to receive the Divine Energy we are meant to receive. Allow ourselves to embrace the truth coming from within. Feel the frost coating us with ideas and dreams; while feeling the unlimited potential we all have, finally coming out and inspiring us to do the things we feel called to do. Embrace the cold and feel the strength it gives us.What to wear/bring:
Wear comfortable clothes
Bring a yoga mat
Any crystals are welcome
Any pillows, blankets or even stuffed animals
What to expect:
On your mats:
You will see a water bottle, a selenite crystal, and an oracle card.
We will start with some introductions to get comfortable with each other. Liv with then proceed with a breathing technique to really calm the body. Then, a guided meditation to allow you to slip into a relaxed state of mind.
Then, you will receive Reiki Energy with the assistance of Crystals and Tuning Forks. Bringing balance to the body, allowing you to receive and release. All while feeling and hearing vibrations, helping to heal the body, mind, and soul.
Then you will be guided back to awareness, hearing the sounds of small instruments to help. You will have time to sit up, stretch, drink water etc. Then we will end the receiving with a grounding ritual to fully bring you back to center.
We will end the night with room for discussion and finding out what your card means and how it relates to you.
