This isn’t a seminar where you sit and listen for eight hours.

You’ll be involved and challenged, and you’ll walk out with a written action plan specific to you.

Your Free Blood Test – Presented by Voy

Every ticket includes a complimentary men’s health blood test from Voy, the UK’s leading men’s health clinic. Your finger-prick test kit will be posted to you before the event, so your results are ready on the day.

On the day, Voy’s Director of Men’s Health will deliver a keynote session breaking down what your results actually mean – including testosterone, thyroid, cholesterol, liver and kidney markers. You’ll also see how your numbers compare to the room average. No one is asked to share their results publicly.

This alone is worth the price of the ticket. Most men have never had a proper blood panel done. Now you’ll know exactly where you stand – and what to do about it.

How the Day Works

Morning (10:00 AM – 1:00 PM): You’ll be seated at round tables of 10 for an interactive morning of expert-led sessions. This isn’t death-by-PowerPoint – you’ll use your phone to participate in live Q&A, work through exercises in your personal workbook, and hear from Jay and guest speakers on the practical changes that move the needle on your health, energy and focus. Jeff from Voy delivers his keynote and live blood test reveal during the morning session.

Lunch (1:00 PM – 1:45 PM): Refuel and connect with the other men in the room. This is where the real conversations happen.

Afternoon (1:45 PM – 4:00 PM): You’ll rotate through breathwork sessions and an ice bath experience on the Leicester Tigers rugby pitch. Between rotations, you’ll have the chance to speak privately with Voy’s health team about your blood test results. The day wraps with your completed personal action plan – a written blueprint for the next six months.

Close (4:00 PM – 4:30 PM): Final session, key takeaways and next steps.

The Venue

Leicester Tigers Rugby Club is one of the most iconic sporting venues in the UK. You’ll have the run of their event spaces for the morning sessions and access to the rugby pitch itself for the afternoon ice bath and breathwork experience. It’s a world-class setting for a world-class day.

Free parking is available on site. The venue is a 10-minute drive from Leicester city centre and easily accessible from the M1 (Junction 21).
