Release & Receive: A Women's Workshop for Letting Go & Welcoming More
Are you carrying thoughts, emotions, or burdens that are standing in the way of your peace and freedom? It’s time to release the weight and create space for something better.
Join us for Release & Receive, a 3.5-hour transformative workshop designed to help you let go—physically, mentally, and emotionally—so you can receive with gratitude and intention.
Through guided self-reflection, mindful movement, breathwork, and faith-based inspiration, you’ll gain clarity on what’s weighing you down, recognize its impact, and take intentional steps toward freedom and ease.
