Come as you are and leave feeling lighter.We gather in sacred circle to connect, tune in, and gently release what no longer serves us. You'll be guided to identify a negative perspective and the emotion tied to it, bringing it into awareness so it can be lovingly cleared.
While I facilitate individual clearings, the group holds space by drumming together, creating a shared rhythm of release and support.
Once everyone has had a chance to release, we’ll transition into stillness as you’re guided through a calming meditation, followed by a restorative sound bath using crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments.
Each participant will also receive:
