Release & Receive: A Guided Evening of Reflection & Renewal

As women, we carry a lot - responsibility, expectations, unspoken worries, and quiet burdens we don’t always realize we’re holding.

Release & Receive is a guided, faith-centered evening designed to help women slow down, breathe, and reconnect with what matters most.

This experience blends gentle reflection, journaling, and simple guided practices to create space for noticing what may be weighing on you and for receiving peace and clarity in a supportive, unhurried way. The tone of the evening is calm, welcoming, and restorative - offering depth without pressure and reflection without obligation.

This gathering may especially resonate with women in midlife or seasons of transition, but women of all ages are welcome.

• Guided reflection and journaling, with everything clearly explained
• Gentle standing movement and deep breathing to help release tension
• Intentional table conversations that invite connection, encouragement, and shared reflection
• Space to be seen and heard by other women, with sharing always optional
• A welcoming setting with heavy appetizers and non-alcoholic beverages provided

Each participant will receive a complimentary Release & Receive guided journal as a meaningful take-home resource to support continued reflection beyond the evening.

We’ll gather at Prestige Creative Markets, a warm and beautifully curated space filled with rich wood textures, soft lighting, and inviting places to sit and settle in. The setting feels both cozy and elevated - designed to encourage presence, reflection, and connection, without feeling rushed or formal.
