Join Jodie and Kia for a deeply restorative 90-minute experience combining meditation, sound healing, and Reiki energy work designed to calm the nervous system and support energetic reset.

This immersive session includes a 30-minute guided meditation followed by a 60-minute soundbath layered with Reiki energy healing.

Crystal singing bowls and grounding tones will create space for the body to soften, the mind to quiet, and the breath to slow.
