This is a unique opportunity for anyone who wants to feel more alive and embodied—especially performers. This Somatics workshop offers a two-hour experience of connecting mind and body through movement, breath, and touch. Ideal for actors -- and extremely beneficial to anyone who wants to feel more connected with their body. Led by Nancy Smith-Watson, LMT. Nancy has a BA, is a trauma-informed practitioner, a Hakomi Bodyworker, and trained as a drama therapist.FEE: $10
