Relaxpansion is a sacred evening of cacao ceremony, somatic healing, sound bath, and angel wash — designed to help your nervous system unwind and reconnect you with the deeper intelligence of the heart.

Come rest, receive, and remember what it feels like to be fully alive.

This is a trauma-aware and consent-centered space where all participation is optional.

It is not natural for human beings to live in a constant state of stress. Our nervous systems are designed to move between activation and deep rest. When we feel safe enough to relax, something extraordinary becomes possible—we remember our capacity to create, to connect, and to live with presence.

When we return to the heart, time slows. We reconnect with our intuition, our creativity, and the deeper intelligence that guides life itself.

Held by Priestesses Rose and Dorothy of the Ministry of the Eternal Rose, Relaxpansion is a ceremonial container dedicated to revealing the true nature of the human being within the majesty of love.

We open the evening with ceremonial cacao.

Dorothy has been in relationship with the Spirit of Cacao for over seven years. She spent four years living in Guatemala, learning from Mayan elders, cacao farmers, women’s collectives, and the cacao trees themselves. She is the co-founder of Cacao Source, a direct-trade ceremonial cacao company rooted in reciprocity with the original stewards of this sacred medicine. Dorothy has received the blessing of Mayan communities to share cacao in ceremonial contexts.

Cacao is a gentle plant medicine that supports connection between the heart, body, and mind. Through prayer and intention, we create a heart-coherent group field that allows us to deepen together in presence.

Throughout the evening we weave in somatic practices that support nervous system regulation and embodied awareness.

Somatic wisdom teaches us that awareness itself can be medicine. By gently listening to the body and allowing sensations and emotions to move, we create space for release, integration, and deeper connection to ourselves.

Rose will guide us through a shamanic sound bath.

A professional singer and musician, Rose has spent years studying traditional songs and sacred music from indigenous cultures. She creates a rich sonic landscape of voice, instruments, and prayer that invites participants into deep relaxation and expanded states of awareness.

We will close the evening with Angel Wash, a powerful group healing practice rooted in consent, compassion, and community care.

Participants form small supportive circles. One person at a time has the opportunity to sit or lie in the center of the circle and receive gentle touch, energy work, sound, or prayer from the group.

Many people experience this practice as profoundly relaxing and nourishing. Both giving and receiving care can create deep states of connection and healing.

All participation is completely optional, and consent and personal boundaries are honored throughout the process.

This offering is not only about personal healing—it is about relational healing.

Part of our mission is to rebuild the culture of compassionate care that once existed in village life. Human beings are wired for connection, kindness, and safe touch. When we gather in presence, we begin to dissolve the walls of separation and remember that we are far more alike than different.
