• Time: 2pm to 3pm (please arrive 10 mins before session starts)
• Location: The Yoga Space London, Royal Arsenal Woolwich
• Cost: £25 + booking fee

• Yoga mats and blankets provided, welcome to bring your own
• Eye Pillow for comfort (optional)
• Wear comfortable clothing
• Water bottle to stay hydrated
