Come and join Louise and I for a magical candlelit journey through movement, breath & sound.
Louise will guide you through a transformative breath and slow movement session to create a sense of calm and to allow you to let go of stgnancy in the body and soothe your nervous system.
Followed by a relaxing Sound Bath with Sam where you will experience powerful harmonic frequencies and transforming sensations which induce a deeply relaxing and tranquil meditative state.
We shall share some seasonal treats and drinks after the session.

What to bring with you:
Pillow/Cushion for under your head and also for your lower back/under knees as this does help if you are lying down for a long period.
Plenty of Blanket/Blankets/ Sleeping Bag for support & warmth whilst relaxing.
Yoga Mat
Yoga Bolster or pillow
Warm Socks
Eye Mask/ Eye Pillow/ Scarf or something light to cover your eyes
Bottle of Water
Please note that before booking that there are strictly no refunds or transfers available for this event. If you are unable to attend we are happy for you to sell your ticket to someone who is able to attend with prior notification.
Not suitable for attendees with Pace Makers fitted, Epilepsy, first Trimester of Pregnancy, severe mental illness, within 12 weeks of operation/surgery
