You don’t need a luxury spa or a fancy location to experience the healing effects of sound. All you need is a willingness to pause and receive. The space where intention, stillness, and sound meet is what makes this practice so transformative.
🌿 What to Bring:
A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
A pillow and blanket, or anything else that helps you feel cosy and supported
A bottle of water or drink to stay hydrated
Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled. Doors will close promptly at 7:05 PM, and no late entries can be allowed once we begin to preserve the peaceful environment.
