🍂 You are warmly invited to a deeply nourishing Yoga Day Retreat & Sound Bath to honour the energy of the Autumn Equinox — a sacred moment of balance and a time to turn inward.As summer fades and the air begins to cool, the Autumn Equinox marks the point when day and night stand in perfect equilibrium. It’s a time for reflection, release, and grounding — nature’s gentle invitation to slow down, harvest the lessons of the year so far, and prepare for the quieter months ahead.
This wonderful retreat is your opportunity to align with the shifting rhythms of the season — to pause, reflect, and gently transition into the stillness of autumn with clarity and calm.
The day is suitable for all levels and will include:
🍁 A grounding, gently flowing Hatha Yoga practice
🧡 A passive, fully supported Restorative Yoga practice with calming breath
😴 A guided Yoga Nidra full body relaxation
🌬 A breath practice to soothe the nervous system
🎶 A deeply immersive Sound Bath Healing Session by @soundbathkent to invoke inner peace and calm
🌾 A meditation for reflection and intention
The Chestnut Room is the perfect setting, nestled above the woodlands and wetlands of Shorne Woods Country Park — where the turning leaves, soft light, and peaceful surroundings create the ideal space to retreat, release, and reconnect.
