Our certified sound practitioner, Kali will guide you through this unique experience, helping you release any emotional blockages or negative thoughts that have been weighing you down. What to bring:

A yoga mat, pillow, and a blanket to keep you cozy throughout the session.
A pair of socks to keep your feet warm.
Eye masks are highly encouraged.(Available as desired)
Your favorite water bottle.

And last but not least, come with an open mind and a willingness to let go and surrender to the healing power of sound! Get ready to unwind, rejuvenate, and transform!Our soundbath is open to anyone over the age of 12 (with guardian) who wants to relax and unwind.
