Join Christopher and Tasha for special yoga and energy healing class, featuring a relaxing yin yoga practice combined with the unique healing properties of essential oils.  With the intention of opening the body’s seven major energy centers, this special chakra balancing practice will weave together elements of yin yoga, energetic healing, and aromatherapy, along with a gentle sound bath designed to move you beyond the mental and physical level and into deeper energetic and spiritual work. This session is sure to leave you feeling relaxed, recharged, and rejuvenated!
