Come out and play

According to the National Alliance on Mental Illness, play can significantly reduce stress and lead to improved mood and better stress management. So on October 10, we're setting up some play dates.

Join us at lululemon Aventura Mall for moments of fun, connection, and play you won't find anywhere else.

When: October 10, 2024 , 5pm to 7pm

Where: lululemon Aventura Mall

What: We'll have live music, 20 min Zumba dance and refresments.
