I invite you to join me for a beautiful candlelit late afternoon of Exquisite Sound Healing, Restorative Yoga and Relaxation to restore your spirits in the lead up the Festive Season. This will be a wonderful way to take a pause and let go to find deep physical and mental rest and prepare for the busyness to come.
Kae of Cosmic Wave will first take you on a magical sound journey, immersing you in the incredible healing sounds of her harmonious Alchemy Quartz Crystal & Tibetan Singing Bowls, and chimes, leading you into a meditative state where any energetic disharmony can be retuned to support your overall sense of wellbeing.
I’ll guide you through a very slow-paced series of fully-supported, long-held and deeply restful Restorative Yoga postures to relieve physical, mental and emotional stress. No physical effort is required in this type of yoga, only total surrender into the bolsters, cushions, pillows and blankets that hold you. Combined with some gentle breathing techniques and a guided Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep), you’ll experience the most profound state of deep relaxation.
