An extended practice focused on long holds and supportive use of props to set ourselves up for the week ahead.
We will begin our lovely Sunday session with yin yoga to find space and release the tensions of the day and then follow this with a restorative yoga including a meditation to round off our practice.
All with the purpose of leaving you in a state of bliss; calm, refreshed and relaxed.
We will work deeper and find stillness for this dreamy practice. Pillows/bolsters and blankets required ;).
This event takes place at the stunning St John's Place Lower Bemerton. Please bring your own mat and any props like a cushion/blanket that you may require.
