Join Anthea at SYS for this deeply relaxing event.This very simple - deeply restorative practice - uses carefully sequenced floor-based asana such as twists, forward bends and light back bends which enable you to stretch and release tension from tight muscles. Like Yin, postures are held to allow the muscular system to recognize and release hidden tension.
The session will lead into Yoga Nidra - one of the deepest of all meditations. This time-tested practice creates an incredible sense of calmness and clarity.
